Mobility & Balance Class

​​Move with confidence, feel supported, and enjoy staying active in a welcoming group setting. These small, friendly sessions are designed for anyone wanting to improve daily movement, strength, balance, and coordination—no matter your age or fitness level.
Classes are slow-paced and fully guided, with exercises performed seated or using a chair for support when standing. This makes them perfect for beginners, older adults, or anyone wanting a gentle yet effective approach to movement. Sessions also provide a great opportunity for social connection, shared laughter, and fun—because staying active should feel good inside and out.

Tuesdays, 3pm Russell D'vine Oasis Church,

Thursdays, 10am Russell D'vine Oasis Church,

Fridays, 10am Kawakawa Library,

Cost: $10 per session

Sport Northland Approved – Live Stronger for Longer Certified

Bookings not essential but please contact us for your first session.
