My Story
Kia ora, I’m Sarah – a 32-year-old mum, born and raised here in beautiful Northland.
My journey into fitness began in 2022 when I discovered boxing – and honestly, it changed my life. It gave me strength, confidence, and a way to care for my body and mind during a time I really needed it. That experience sparked a passion not just for training, but for helping others feel that same empowerment.
My heart is especially in working with older adults – inspired by my almost 90-year-old gran, who’s shown me the true value of keeping active and independent as we age. I wanted to create a space where people like her – and others who may have felt overlooked by the traditional fitness world – can move, build strength, and feel supported.

I also believe deeply in making the gym a welcoming and safe space for women and teens – especially those just starting out, unsure of where to begin. Boxing gave me confidence, and I want to pass that on to others.
As a mum, I understand how hard it can be to make time for yourself – which is why I’m passionate about creating a space where mums can feel strong, supported, and encouraged to take care of their health in a way that works for their lives.
At the heart of what I do is this: fitness should be for everyone. Whether you’re 15 or 85, just starting out or finding your way back – you’re welcome here.
